I met a friend last week and she had a gift for my daughter that she was finally able to get to me due their situation and covid. I already have one of these toys so I went to return it but they would not because it was not within the days. I explained the situation and they were quite discourteous. I understand under normal circumstances but to not work to help customers right now during a pandemic is a bit disappointing. I will start to go to places in Lethbridge that have better customer service

Was in your location Friday evening around 7 pm it was clean and we'll run expessially since it was Black Friday!!! Very impressed by your staff and managers. I dealt with Tammy she was helpful and went out if her way to make sure my wife and I got everything we needed for our newest addition were expecting next month as well as all the hot Toys for our daughter's Christmas. Everyone asked us if we needed help, very attentive and the whole experience was amazing. Definitely recommend.
Almost all of the employees are so helpful and friendly, especially that guy Bailey(I think that's his name) and Jordan too, and the manager's they are very helpful. But the only problem i have with this place is the Funko and hot wheels “collectors” these guys would buy almost all the new stock all of the time, but that's the only main problem I have with this place, not going to deduct a star because of those guys but I definitely recommend this place for Funko and other cool stuff they have.
ATTENTION SOME OF THESE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY VERY HOT BUT I NEED TO FIND THEM AGAIN HELP ME AND PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR NAME ESPECIALLY IF YOU WERE THE TALL SKINNY WHITE DUDE WHO LOOKED LIKE NOAH SCHNAPP A LITTLE BIT MAYBE!!!!! OR IF YOU HAD VERY CURLY HAIR
Went baby shopping with my sister that is expecting, Lorrin was the lady that was helping us. She went over and above in helping my sister finding everything she needs and very knowledgeable on many items. Definitely recommend Lorrin!
